If my Coaching does not get you a minimum of one additional transaction per month (12 in the first year of Coaching), I will write you a check for $18,000 and refund your entire Platinum Coaching fee. This is an intense weekly 30-45 minute call geared to you and your business based on your tenure as an Agent and your current production level. The goal is to raise your level of knowledge, skills and build your mindset in order to advance your production to the next level. Outlines are provided by email for each Coaching Call. We will begin WITHOUT A CONTRACT for the first 90 days to ensure that I’m the right Coach for you and that I’m convinced you are “coachable.” At that time, if mutually agreed that you’re getting what you need and I evaluate you as “coachable,” we will execute a 1-year contract.

LIFE COACHING

$4,000/month

This weekly 30-45 minute call is designed to accommodate a group of Agents or a Team, limited to 4 individuals. The Agents must be affiliated with a Team,…OR… all working toward a common production goal and ideally, at approximately the same number of years of tenure, with similar levels of experience, knowledge, skills and mindset. Outlines are provided by email for each Coaching Call. This Coaching is also on a 90-day trial agreement WITHOUT A CONTRACT. At the 90-day mark, you will have evaluated me and I will have evaluated the group and a mutual decision will be made to discontinue or continue under contract for 1-year.

One day seminars that are fast-paced, interactive, and cover numerous topics, which are listed on the topics page. Outlines for each topic are provided for reproduction and dissemination to attendees. This practical, “real” training instructs your agents on learning what to say and what to do on a daily basis to achieve immediate results. Payment is by contract with 50% deposit.
