mEET STEVEN fUTCH

After graduating John Carroll University with a BA in Marketing and Economics Concentration, Carol worked as a field supervisor then was promoted into Advertising for BP America.


When BP America constricted it's American workforce in 1992, Carol took a voluntary separation package and an entrepreneurial grant from BP America and Started Chaney & Associates.

Steven Futch is a performance Realtor®, dynamic instructor and proven leader. After serving for 28 years in the Marine Corps as an Officer and instructor in Close Combat, Weapons & Tactics, and Marksmanship, he relocated to the Shreveport/Bossier City, LA area, where he launched a very successful real estate career. During 2005-2013, he was distinguished as “Top Listing Agent” and “Top Producing Agent” at Century 21 Elite in Shreveport/Bossier City. During 2013-2017, in addition to conducting his real estate sales business, Steve coached approximately 50 agents weekly in all aspects of real estate sales and delivered 2 and 4-day training seminars across North America.

As a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Commissioned Notary Public, and Certified Corporate Speaker, Coach, and Trainer, he combines deep industry knowledge with advanced communication and leadership skills. He’s also a Certified NLP Practitioner and Instructor, and a graduate of the renowned Karrass Effective Business Negotiating program—making him uniquely equipped to help agents master both mindset and strategy.
